1. Support Website and Forum
The support site is a online self-service resource that can help answer many questions you may have about AMP. It includes AMP best practices, guides on using the system, and articles and recommendations on how to take action from AMP. Additionally, it includes a community forum where you can ask questions to other AMP users, get tips and ideas on how to use AMP, and ask questions to Bartell & Bartell experts.

2. Advisory Sessions
Included with both pulse and subscription purchases of AMP, Bartell & Bartell offers AMP advisory sessions on regular intervals. In these sessions,, one of our consultants will follow-up with your organization to discuss the AMP findings and help walk you through the results. This is a great time to ask questions and work on a plan to help improve the scores. These sessions typically occur after the first assessment, and every time 75%+ of AMP participants have retaken the assessment.
3. Customer Success Representative
As an AMP client, you will have a customer success representative that helps guide you through the AMP process and makes sure you have what you need. Think of them as you AMP Concierge. If you have any questions, concerns, or recommendations, this is the individual to talk to.
4. Coach Highlights
If you choose to have internal coaches in your organization, Bartell & Bartell offers a service to help keep them engaged with AMP. Applos will send out regular emails to coaches highlighting the newest techniques and strategies for coaching, along with general insights into how to get the most from AMP. These emails help to keep AMP top of mind for your coaches and increase their engagement with AMP.
5. Consulting Services
We understand AMP can be big undertaking. That’s why we have Bartell & Bartell Consulting Services – to help take the burden off your team. Whether it’s occasional consultations with your internal coaches or fully outsourcing coaching and action plans to our team, we likely have a solution that will work for your company.
